It started in my own becoming-a-mom era and grew out of over a decade of brand and lifestyle photography - my two loves colliding! My motherhood work is a mix of candid and directional, editorial-inspired, with edge, nostalgia, and always focused on connection. I love contrast—flash and natural light, spontaneity as much as detail. 
The MOTHERZ style is inspired by years of flipping through my grandmother’s photo boxes, editorials and of course scrolling through Interview magazine. I imagined a photo house devoted to motherhood to honor the most meaningful job on the planet. My hope is that you wander in and suddenly see yourself reflected right back.
